This high-speed electric motorcycle motor delivers high RPM, explosive torque, and energy-efficient range; it features a standard disc brake mount, is compatible with the vast majority of electric motorcycle frames on the market, and offers IP67-rated fully sealed protection.

The motor uses high-grade NdFeB permanent magnets and optimized winding technology. Rated power ranges from 2000W–6000W, with short-term peak output of up to 13,000W and peak torque of up to 250 N·m.
It provides instant response when starting from traffic lights, easily climbs steep slopes under full load, and delivers impressive top-speed performance on flat roads. Its acceleration feel is comparable to that of fuel-powered motorcycles, meeting the requirements of performance and racing modifications.
Peak motor efficiency can reach 90%–93%, while maintaining high-efficiency output during normal high-speed operation. The motor supports regenerative braking to recover energy during coasting and braking.
With the same battery capacity, operating range can be increased by 15%–22% compared with ordinary hub motors, reducing the need for frequent charging during long hours of delivery work.
The motor housing uses high-pressure sealing gaskets, waterproof cable connectors, and an integrated die-cast rear cover. With an IP67 protection rating, it can withstand heavy rain, shallow-water crossings, and splashing mud and water.
It is suitable for commuting in rainy weather, muddy rural roads, and vehicle washing, helping prevent water from entering the windings and causing short-circuit failures.
The motor uses a thickened die-cast aluminum alloy housing with large-area cooling fins to accelerate heat dissipation. An internal liquid-cooling structure is available for high-power versions.
During long-term high-speed riding, heavy-load climbing, and full-day delivery operation, the motor temperature rise is effectively controlled, helping prevent demagnetization and winding aging and avoiding power loss caused by excessive heat.
High-precision bearings, rotor dynamic balancing, and a skewed-slot stator noise-reduction structure are used to reduce vibration and operating noise at high speed.
It eliminates the high-speed humming, vibration, and abnormal noise commonly associated with low-cost motors, reducing ear fatigue during long-distance riding.
The windings use Class H high-temperature-resistant enameled wire, with a temperature resistance of up to 180°C. The stator slot insulation is reinforced to improve resistance to vibration and wear.
It can withstand frequent starting and stopping and rapid acceleration, reducing the risk of winding breakdown and burnout. Under normal operating conditions, the service life can reach 3–5 years.
The motor uses a high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy hub with reinforced spoke structures. It is compatible with tubeless tires and provides standard disc brake mounting holes.
It can withstand impacts from potholes, speed bumps, and off-road vibration. The reinforced structure is resistant to deformation under heavy loads and allows convenient direct replacement of the original rear wheel.
Standard brushless Hall wiring is used, supporting both sine-wave and square-wave controllers. It supports speed limiting/release, speed sensing, and reverse functions.
Multiple wheel sizes of 10 / 12 / 13 / 15 / 17 inches are available, suitable for new-standard electric motorcycles, scooters, off-road electric motorcycles, and retro-style motorcycles.
High-density fully automatic winding equipment is used to ensure tight and uniform copper-wire arrangement and reduce internal resistance losses. High-power versions use thicker enameled copper wire to withstand high current while reducing heat generation.
High-performance, high-temperature-resistant permanent magnets are used to resist thermal demagnetization. Multi-layer magnet arrangements balance high torque at low speed with high rotational speed, addressing the common problem of ordinary motors being powerful at low speed but unable to achieve high speed, or achieving high speed but having weak climbing performance.
Double rubber sealing rings and metal compression covers provide reliable sealing. Highly wear-resistant waterproof bearings help prevent mud, sand, and water from entering the bearing system. The cable outlet is reinforced against bending, reducing the risk of power cable damage during routine installation and removal.

A: For daily commuting and delivery work, 3000W is recommended; for frequent hill climbing and stronger acceleration, 5000–8000W is recommended; for racing and performance modifications, select an 8000W+ peak-power version.
A: IP67 protection supports short-term shallow-water immersion. Normal rain and passing through puddles are not a problem. However, long-term deep-water immersion should be avoided.
A: The hub uses standard disc-brake mounting positions commonly used on the market. It can be installed after matching the appropriate tire size and controller. If modification assistance is required, the controller parameters can be matched according to the motor specifications.
A: Slight heating during short-term high-speed operation is normal. If the motor becomes excessively hot and loses power during long-term operation, it is recommended to use a higher-power controller and check the wiring to avoid current limiting and overload.
